 The story I want to tell is from the year 2021, when my favorite soccer team almost dropped the division. Since I was little I have been a fan of the University of Chile, and I have never seen a tournament in which we have played so badly. We played 16 games in the second round, and we only won two. I would like to do it in Chile, and the reasons are because the courses held in Chile have to do precisely with the Chilean culture, and the bureaucratic and idiosyncratic traditions that have made culture not accessible to all, and that it is not valued as it deserves.
